Job summary

Fuze Health is seeking a Customer Program Manager to own and drive customer-facing programs that improve patient outcomes through technology-enabled pharmacy care. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring program health and risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering scalable improvements for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–5 years of program management experience in healthcare, pharmacy, digital health, or another regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• Demonstrated experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and operational problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to healthcare operations.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex information for diverse audiences including executives, partners, and technical teams.
• Proficiency with GSuite, Slack, and project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Own SLA performance and outcomes for assigned programs.
• Develop and execute project and program plans aligned with priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Operations, Care, Compliance, and Finance.
• Monitor performance metrics, program health, and risks; drive mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders with transparent updates.
• Partner with customers and teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Facilitate program retrospectives and scalable methodologies.
• Contribute to long-term program strategy and roadmap planning.
