Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time Scheduling & Operations Support to assist our clinical team with scheduling, data collection, and tech issue resolution. You will help maintain efficiency and ensure clients receive timely care from virtual sessions.

The role requires 10 hours per week minimum, availability in MT time windows, and English proficiency. Remote work setup with cloud tools is essential for success in our virtual care model.

Qualifications

• Availability for a W2 part-time role with a minimum of 10 hours per week.
• Must be available in the stated time windows and work remotely.
• Native or bilingual English proficiency and access to reliable tech.

Responsibilities

• Open groups and ensure technical setup for day's clients.
• Virtual interaction with clients and welcome to groups.
• Facilitate client and group facilitator virtual entry during sessions.
• Monitor attendance and contact absent clients.
• Publish attendance for all days and times.
• Communicate absences or tech/clinical concerns with teams and families.
• Send calendar invites and max reminders for sessions.
• Track alumni or family groups as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
