Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited school.
• 1+ years of experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or customer relations.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

• Professional and courteous demeanor in all forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with patients.
• Serve as scheduling liaison for 16 clinics across Chicagoland and 20+ states virtually for telehealth visits.
• Manage and schedule new patient appointments; respond to inquiries.
• Support clinics with scheduling, insurance questions, and billing-related inquiries.
