Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking a Patient/Care Scheduling Specialist to welcome clients into our program and provide support throughout their treatment. Your role will involve ensuring clients are fully enrolled in their treatment plans and acting as a liaison with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success role. This position emphasizes customer service to enhance client experiences and access to mental healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a customer/patient success role.
• 1–2 years experience working in Salesforce or equivalent.
• Understanding of medical billing practices a plus.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls, emails, and texts to admitted clients.
• Act as liaison between patients and internal Charlie Health teams.
• Manage client schedule, including appointment rescheduling.
