Qualifications

• 4–10 years of virtual assistant or practice management experience in a medical setting.
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, especially SimplePractice.
• HIPAA compliance and professional English fluency.
• Remote work readiness and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead migration from Practice Fusion to SimplePractice, including data migration and tool consolidation.
• Manage calendars, prior authorizations, prescription refills, and document workflows.
• Serve as the primary patient contact, handling sensitive scenarios with composure and escalating urgent risks.
