• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions, outcomes, performance, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes and measure impact, drift, and accuracy of production AI/ML solutions.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and drive value case development.
