Job summary

The position is remote, reports to the Director of Informatics, and emphasizes measuring impact, model drift, and value across enterprise-scale AI deployments with a focus on improved patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 7+ years of data analytics experience OR Master's with 4+ years.
• 4+ years experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years experience evaluating AI & ML solutions' outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methodologies to assess opportunities and quantify value.
• Significant experience with data analysis in analytics, model evaluation, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and unified perspective across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet clinical needs and inform product roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses before development and pilots.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
