Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell segments. This remote role partners with product management to size, Feasibility, and value, shaping an intelligence layer connecting patient data to care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions' outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methods to assess opportunities and guide investments.
• Significant experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics and model evaluation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes and measure impact, drift, and accuracy against benchmarks.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks across internal partners and external research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and technology stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet clinical and operational needs and inform product roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses before development and pilot launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
