Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell segments.

You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer linking risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context to improve decisions and outcomes. The role is remote with reporting to the Director, Informatics, and involves collaboration with product, clinical, and IT partners to scale AI-driven solutions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience or Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions that impact patient care decisions.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating AI/ML solutions’ outcomes, performance, and validation.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Proven ability to apply clinical/public health methodologies to assess opportunities and guide investments.
• Significant experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics, model evaluation, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Mansioni

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and unified perspectives across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination, personalization, and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and technology stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify value and inform product roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities prior to development and pilot launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
