Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field and data analytics experience.
• Minimum 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• At least 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions and their outcomes.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for analyzing complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methods to assess opportunities and quantify value.
• Experience with data analysis/engineering for analytics, model evaluation, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks across internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence across care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech teams to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify business value and inform product roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities.
• Translate opportunities into scalable solutions with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams.
