Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments.

You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and measure impact and drift of AI-based solutions with cross-functional teams. The role is remote, reporting to the Director, Informatics, with responsibilities spanning data discovery, evaluation, and collaboration to translate opportunities into scalable clinical intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics experience OR Master's with 4+ years.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating AI/ML outcomes, performance, and validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell segments and shape an intelligence layer.
• Partner with product management to identify opportunities and measure impact of AI solutions.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure drift and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and care coordination impacts.
• Establish success metrics and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
