Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze AI opportunities across CenterWell segments. You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and collaborate with product teams to assess feasibility, value, and impact of AI-driven solutions.

The role is remote and reports to the Director, Informatics. Opportunities include travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 7+ years' data analytics experience OR Master's with 4+ years.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care.
• 4+ years of experience evaluating AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact and drift.
