Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities spanning Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments.

You will shape an intelligence layer connecting patient risk factors and clinical data, collaborating with product teams to assess feasibility and value. You will lead measurement plans, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive enterprise-scale analytics initiatives to improve care coordination and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's with required years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions and their outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products and measure impact and accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities to improve care decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and operations to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
