Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy. You will size opportunities, define an intelligence layer linking patient risk, care history, engagement data, and clinical context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years data analytics experience, or Master's with 4+ years
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML solutions and outcomes
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets
• Ability to apply clinical/public health research methods to assess opportunities and guide investments
• Data analysis/engineering for analytics, model evaluation techniques, and data-driven decisions
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presenting findings to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products, measuring impact, drift, and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks, maintaining a unified perspective across partners and research.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and technology stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify business value and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities prior to development and pilot launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
