Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years solving complex business problems through analytics.
• Define problems, establish analytical approaches, and create solutions where no established process existed.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with ability to synthesize information across diverse data sources.
• Experience presenting complex findings to senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare, CMS, claims, or population health data.
• Experience translating business objectives into measurable analytical approaches and actionable outcomes.
• Demonstrated success solving novel business challenges in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from problem identification through recommendation, implementation, and measurement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and recommendations.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources to identify root causes and opportunities.
• Communicate findings and tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
