Zusammenfassung

Humana is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to design and deploy AI-enabled healthcare software. You will own AI products from concept to production, work with clinicians and product teams, and drive rapid prototyping while ensuring HIPAA and Responsible AI compliance.

You will lead architectural decisions, build scalable multi-agent AI systems, and deliver solutions that improve member care and clinician workflows. This is a remote role with occasional travel in the United States.

Qualifikationen

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Deep hands-on experience with large language models and orchestration frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript and ML tooling (Hugging Face, PyTorch).
• Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines and vector search systems.
• Knowledge of LoRA, RLHF, and instruction tuning.
• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and orchestration.
• Ownership of complex AI systems end-to-end.
• Understanding HIPAA and secure PHI handling.
• Strong communication skills across audiences.
• Hands-on with AI development tools and LLM harnesses.
• Experience collaborating with Product Management.

• Build MVPs quickly using rapid prototyping and data feedback.
• Collaborate with product managers, clinicians, and data stakeholders.
• Make architecture and technology decisions balancing speed and quality.
