Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments.

You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer connecting patient risk factors, care history, engagement data, and clinical context, and partner with product teams to measure impact and drift of AI-enabled solutions. Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant analytics focus.
• 7+ years of data analytics experience (Bachelor’s) or 4+ years (Master’s).
• Proven experience analyzing clinical intelligence solutions affecting patient care.
• Experience evaluating AI/ML solutions and outcomes.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis.
• Experience applying public health research methods to inform investments.
• Ability to drive data-driven business decisions and communicate findings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks and cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact, drift, and accuracy against benchmarks.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and tech stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify unmet needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new capabilities before development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations teams to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
