Humana Inc. is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell segments. You will size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and measure impact of AI-enabled solutions with product, data, and IT partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of data analytics OR Master's with 4+ years.
• At least 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care decisions.
• 4+ years evaluating the outcomes, performance, and validation of AI & ML solutions.
• Advanced experience with SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Ability to apply clinical and public health research methodologies to assess opportunities and quantify value.
• Significant experience with data analysis and engineering for analytics, model evaluation techniques, and using data to drive business outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with experience presenting findings to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing for Clinical Intelligence initiatives.
• Design and implement evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products, measuring impact, drift, and accuracy against benchmarks.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for population health benchmarks across internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact of intelligence capabilities on care coordination, personalization, and outcomes.
• Partner with product, clinical, business, data, and technology teams to identify high-value opportunities for connected patient intelligence.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify unmet clinical and operational needs and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses for new Clinical Intelligence capabilities prior to development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
