Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of technical experience in data analysis OR a Master's degree and 3 years of experience.
• Advanced Python/PySpark experience.
• Advanced experience in Databricks including Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, scheduled jobs/workflows, and service principal authentication.
• Refactoring and optimization of Python/PySpark codebases.
• Experience building production data pipelines with schemas, validation gates and structured error logging.
• Advanced SQL experience including stored procedure execution and read/write with SQL Server systems of record.
• Git-based engineering practice: branching, pull requests, code review, and CI/CD.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating requirements between business, PM and technical projects.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communications to senior and executive leadership.
• Must be willing to remain in the role for twelve months before applying to other Humana opportunities.
