Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, analytics, informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, or data engineering.
• Experience leading complex analytical-data initiatives.
• Hands-on in modern cloud-based data environments.
• Strong SQL and complex data transformations.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, membership, pharmacy).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and curated data products in Databricks.
• Translate requirements into reusable data models for claims, membership, marketing, and finance.
• Define metadata, data lineage, rules, and KPI calculations.
• Establish data integration while preserving data integrity across sources.
• Build data environments for AI-assisted analytics with Databricks Genie One.
• Monitor AI-assisted analytics for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs.
• Implement data-quality controls and governance practices.
• Provide technical leadership and documentation standards.
