Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Delivery Lead within the Interoperability group to shape the Intelligence & Insights roadmap and govern analytics, reporting, and insights delivery.

The role partners with business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams to translate priorities into scalable capabilities, driving governance and measurable business outcomes. Remote work with occasional travel enables collaboration across Humana facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate objectives into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development, intake governance, prioritization, and portfolio alignment.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable analytics capabilities and reporting products.
• Define success metrics and monitor adoption, value realization, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Drive cross‑functional delivery with business, analytics, data, product, and technology teams.
