Job summary

WCG is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process. You will translate sponsor/CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights and assess site enrollment potential, protocol feasibility, and operational performance to strengthen proposals.

This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses, presents findings to clients, and collaborates with BD, D&I delivery, product, and therapy SMEs to ensure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field required.
• 5+ years in clinical research, trial intelligence, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with sponsor/CRO stakeholder engagement preferred.
• Hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD to scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Present analytical findings and defend methodology to clients.
• Design site identification analyses and defensible country lists.
• Benchmark operational performance and provide actionable mitigations.
• Translate protocol requirements into enrolment models with clear assumptions.
