WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights (D&I) to act as a strategic analytics partner throughout the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluating study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and guide client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses on site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MSc/MPH/MBA/PhD/ PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings and workshops.
• Design site identification analyses and defensible country lists for opportunities.
• Maintain reusable benchmarks and templates for consistent responses across opportunities.
