Job summary

WCG is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to partner with Business Development and translate sponsor questions into rigorous, data‑driven insights. You will assess site enrollment potential, operational performance, and provide defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decisions.

This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses such as site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment feasibility modelling, then communicates

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biostatistics, data science, or a related field is required.
Advanced degree preferred (MS/PhD/MBA/PharmD).
5+ years in clinical research, trial analytics, or healthcare data & analytics.

Responsibilities

Qualify client business and technical needs; scope data analytics and advisory solution.
Present findings and defend methodology to clients in meetings and workshops.
Act as SME on data assets and analytic products for proposals and responses.
Coat h data and insights into proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and follow-up materials.
