Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Implementation or Customer Success in healthcare.
• Comfort leading both small and large group trainings.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% for onsite trainings.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the onboarding process for new customers.
• Plan and execute go-live activities, including training coordination.
• Monitor early utilization data for trends and support.
