Job summary

eHealth Technologies seeks a Clinical Product Implementation Specialist to provide clinical oversight and guidance across sales support, client launch, marketing content support, and clinical education for the Operational Team. The role also manages the implementation of new customers to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Associates degree minimum in related field.
• 3–5 years in a clinical discipline with exposure to multiple clinical areas.
• Strong educational and presentation skills across settings.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records.
• Proficiency with Copilot or AI engines.
• Proficiency with common office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand and retain eHealth business context.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key customers to understand medical records needs with Clinical Optimization Director.
• Coordinate with Operations to meet customers' medical records needs.
• Train on Medical Records tests, procedures and terminology.
• Create specialty record templates, keywords, and categories.
• Manage customer launches from kickoff to transition to Customer Success.
• Build relationships with customer personnel at all levels.
• Define and optimize customer workflows for eHealth products.
• Stay current on market developments to act as SME.
• Mitigate critical situations between customers and eHealth.
• Configure and set up new customers and adjust settings on request.
• Provide clinical input for product deployments and act as Sales Team consultant.
• Share market insights with Director of Marketing and support product development via VOC.
