Job summary

Cantata Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Clinical Implementation Specialist to support external clients with implementing our application software, software solutions, and hardware. The role includes configuring software to user requirements and collaborating with the development team to ensure implementations meet project expectations.

Qualifications

• Certification in area of clinical expertise (LCSW/LMSW/LMHC/LPN, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree that supports clinical expertise.
• 5 years professional experience in behavioral healthcare with EHR experience.
• Strong IT, software solutions, and software management knowledge.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
• Master’s degree in Clinical Profession (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients as a clinical expert and project team member.
• Guide clients in clinical workflows and system setup to meet requirements.
• Apply clinical standards to configure system setups for clients.
• Test and troubleshoot implemented software systems and solutions.
• Resolve issues requiring changes to applications and solutions.
• Develop scripts (test cases) for new implementations.
• Collaborate with development to capture client feedback and draft requirements.
• Define requirements for product changes with engineering.
• Contribute to project plans, milestones, and implementation dates.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with teams.
• Record communications and documentation in repositories.
• Provide training and end-user support during implementation.
