Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the practicum and internship fieldwork, ensuring program alignment with CACREP standards and licensing requirements. Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or LPCC or other independent state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, coordination and continuous improvement of the MS-CMHC practicum fieldwork to CACREP standards.
• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and agreements; support students, faculty and site supervisors.
• Evaluate fieldwork placements and oversee student progress in the clinical fieldwork experience.
• Serve as liaison with state licensing boards and participate in university committees.
