Herzing University is seeking an MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the practicum and internship fieldwork component, ensuring alignment with CACREP standards and licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation; develop fieldwork partnerships and agreements; support students, site supervisors, and evaluate placements; and liaise with state licensing boards.

Competenze

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.
• 5 years of experience in higher education is required.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinician Counselor (or other independent professional licensure by the applicant's state).

Mansioni

• Oversee the fieldwork component to ensure CACREP alignment.
• Develop program curriculum and assessment plans in collaboration with MS-CMHC Program Chair and faculty.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships with local/regional agencies.
• Maintain fieldwork agreements between Herzing University and fieldwork sites.
• Assist with accreditation candidacy components related to fieldwork.
• Provide training and support to students, practicum/internship instructors, and site supervisors.
• Evaluate student fieldwork site placements for compliance with program and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee student progress and academic processes in fieldwork.
• Liaise with state licensing boards.
• Participate in school/college/university committees.
• Other duties as assigned.
