Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our clinical team and shape operations in a fully remote environment. You will oversee BCBAs, refine workflows, and drive quality and growth from day one.

We want a seasoned leader who can hire, onboard, and align clinical practice with business goals, while maintaining high patient care standards and scalable systems across service areas.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Experience leading teams of BCBAs.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team and mentor BCBAs.
• Oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.
• Ensure clinical standards and compliance while maintaining quality.
• Drive growth and scalable systems; track metrics like utilization and retention.
