Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs, refine clinical and operational workflows, and help shape how the company operates. This is a fully remote leadership role focused on quality and growth across the organization.

The successful candidate will oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, ensuring clinical excellence while driving business performance from day one.

Qualifications

• Prior hands-on experience as a Clinical Director who has overseen teams of BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team and mentor BCBAs.
• Maintain strong clinical standards across cases and support clinical decision-making.
• Oversee intake and onboarding for new clients, staffing, and scheduling.
• Drive recruiting efforts for BCBAs and RBTs and track utilization and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale systems and expand into new areas.
