Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) who will lead a team of BCBAs, oversee clinical quality, and own core operational areas such as intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting. This fully remote role emphasizes building scalable systems and leadership from day one.

The ideal candidate has prior hands-on experience as a Clinical Director with teams of BCBAs and a track record of refining clinical and operational workflows within ABA.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience as Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows in ABA settings
• Ability to lead a Clinical Team and own intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting
