Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs, own intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, and shape clinical and operational workflows. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fully remote environment.

The successful candidate will oversee clinical quality, drive growth, refine processes, and build scalable systems while maintaining high standards and compliance, starting from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Proven leadership experience overseeing teams of BCBAs.
• Experience refining clinical and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Clinical Team, mentor and develop BCBAs.
• Maintain high clinical standards across all cases and provide case support.
