Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a team of BCBAs and oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting, while maintaining clinical quality and business performance. This fully remote role prefers Florida residents.

You will mentor clinicians, refine workflows, drive growth, and implement scalable systems, with the chance to travel to service areas and to advance into senior leadership. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $135,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• You are a BCBA in good standing.
• Leadership experience overseeing teams of BCBAs and refining clinical/operational workflows.
• Strong ability to build and scale systems and processes.
• Proactive, self-starting leader with ownership mindset.
• Focus on growth and high-level leadership within ABA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs while maintaining clinical standards.
• Oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting to optimize operations.
• Collaborate on growth initiatives and expand the business into new areas.
• Identify gaps and implement scalable processes to improve utilization and retention.
