House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead a remote clinical team and own key operational areas. The role focuses on building scalable systems, improving workflows, and driving quality and business performance from day one.

You will oversee intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting while guiding BCBAs and ensuring adherence to clinical standards. This leadership position requires a hands-on, growth-minded leader who wants to shape a high-impact organization.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA in good standing.
• Prior hands-on experience as Clinical Director overseeing teams of BCBAs.
• Strong operational knowledge of intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Clinical Team and oversee delivery across cases.
• Mentor, support, and develop a team of BCBAs.
• Maintain high clinical standards across all cases.
• Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and case support.
• Ensure compliance while keeping quality at the center.
• Oversee intake and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to maximize consistency and utilization.
• Support recruiting efforts for BCBAs & RBTs.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements beyond maintenance.
