Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) who will lead BCBAs, shape clinical workflows, and drive operational excellence in a fully remote setting. You’ll own intake, staffing, scheduling, and recruiting while ensuring high-quality client care and compliance.

Ideal candidates are licensed BCBAs in good standing with hands-on leadership experience, a passion for building scalable systems, and a track record of improving utilization and outcomes across service areas.

Qualifications

• BCBA in good standing with leadership experience.
• Proven experience overseeing teams of BCBAs and refining clinical/operational workflows.
• Strong ability to build systems and scale operations while maintaining clinical quality.
