Job summary

Norstella seeks a Clinical Consulting Manager to blend clinical expertise with data strategy in Real-World Data and Evidence. You will help with scoping, business development, and the technical construction of codebooks and data dictionaries across claims, EHR, and other sources.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and work with cross‑functional teams, translating clinical concepts for analytics, and contributing to thought leadership in RWE and life sciences strategy.

Qualifications

• MD or PharmD degree with clinical training completed.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience using structured PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Ability to translate clinical concepts into analytic data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Business development, client engagement, and proposal development.
• Codebook and data dictionary development across multiple data sources.
• Thought leadership and external representation at conferences and webinars.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists.
