Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed independent behavioral health clinician in Louisiana (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• Minimum 3 years of direct clinical practice post-master's degree with youth/pediatrics.
• In-state travel up to 50% of the time; reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs and develop care plans with clinical teams.
• Coordinate with providers and wraparound services for cost-effective outcomes.
• Perform crisis intervention and follow-up support.
• Document care and monitor progress with regulatory standards.
