Qualifications

• Unencumbered Independent Behavioral Health Clinical license in Louisiana (LCSW/LPC/LMFT).
• 3+ years of direct clinical practice post-master’s degree with youth/pediatrics in hospital/ambulatory settings.
• 2+ years of experience with MS Office Suite and multi-system navigation.

Responsibilities

• Assess member needs and eligibility; develop care plans and coordinate with providers.
• Interpret criteria, guidelines, and policies to ensure appropriate administration of benefits and care.
• Monitor plans of care; ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance; maintain effective communication.
