Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a licensed behavioral health professional to join our remote care team in the United States. The role uses advanced clinical judgment to assess member needs, coordinate care, and promote cost-effective outcomes, with Monday–Friday hours EST and no weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct clinical practice post master's degree in hospital or ambulatory settings.
• License to practice per state regulations (LCSW/LSW/LISW/LCPC/LP/LMFT/LMHC) required.
• Experience with mental health and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred member needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data.
• Coordinate care plans and collaborate with medical/behavioral health providers.
• Provide crisis intervention and follow-up to ensure appropriate treatment.
• Monitor plans of care in collaboration with the member and care team.
