Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking an Epic Learning Analyst I to help meet strategic goals by developing and delivering Epic training content across media. You will collaborate with IS, Clinical Informatics, and Quality teams to ensure effective end-user learning.

You will create online asynchronous training, lesson plans, content targets, and assessments, while testing and proposing improvements for Epic software issues. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Experience in training content development and delivery.
• Familiarity with Epic applications and LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic application help by responding to help desk tickets and end-user requests, including on-call support.
• Deliver onsite go-live and upgrade assistance and optimize Epic training.
• Serve as liaison between Epic end users, IS project team members and other IS resources.
• Improve training impact with formal and informal methods and measurement.
• Develop and maintain training materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
• Create and execute Epic test scripts and workflows for learning scenarios.
