Job summary

Memorial Health System is seeking a Clinical Learning Consultant to partner with clinical leaders and educators to design, implement, and evaluate learning solutions that improve workforce competence and patient care. This role leverages instructional design and adult learning principles to close skills gaps and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing, education, organization development, instructional design, or related field preferred.
• Current RN license in the State of Illinois.
• ACLS Instructor certification within 6 months of employment.
• Clinical nursing experience of at least 3 years.
• At least 2 years in clinical education or serving as a clinical resource.
• Experience designing, developing, and evaluating clinical training programs using adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience leading large-scale projects preferred.
• Background in change management, project management, or process improvement preferred.

• Partner with clinical leaders, educators, and stakeholders to strengthen workforce competence.
