You will work with Reactors in product, research, and development to translate clinical concepts into executable coding logic using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.

The position emphasizes collaboration across clinical, technical, and quality teams, with remote work options and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in healthcare industry (outpatient coding, billing operations, denials management, claims processing)
• Strong expertise in CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10-CM, and standard claims processing
• Experience with Excel and databases; ability to learn new analysis tools
• Familiarity with AI for research, analytics, and automation of processes

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain outpatient public and proprietary methodologies
• Validate and test healthcare data to evaluate methodology behavior
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to translate clinical concepts into executable specifications
• Document logic content using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS coding systems
• Maintain process documentation and produce update summaries using data standards
