Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Autonomous Coding Integration Specialist to design and deploy HL7/FHIR and Epic-based interfaces and optimize autonomous coding workflows. The role offers remote work with travel as needed and a strong focus on healthcare data integration excellence.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate interfaces, support testing and go-live, and ensure data quality across billing and coding systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher OR 7+ years in data integration.
• High School Diploma/GED with 11+ years in data integration experience.
• 3+ years of HL7 and/or FHIR healthcare integration.
• 3+ years with HL7 messaging standards (ADT/ORM/ORU/MDM/DFT) and Epic integration.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, validate, and troubleshoot HL7 and HFIR interfaces including ADT, ORM, ORU, MDM, and financial interfaces.
• Collaborate with client integration teams, Epic analysts, and implementation consultants to ensure successful deployment of autonomous solutions.
• Support interface testing, workflow validation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Ensure inbound and outbound data flows meet business and technical requirements.
• Support charge capture, charge routing, coding, and billing processes within Epic environments.
• Assist in validating autonomous coding outputs and downstream billing outcomes.
• Serve as a key liaison among Product Management, Engineering, Implementation Services, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Assist Implmentation teams with complex production issues and root-cause analysis.
• Develop innovative approaches to integration challenges and operational workflows.
• Contribute to best practices, implementation playbooks, and technical documentation.
• Transform emerging ideas into scalable solutions that improve customer outcomes and accelerate adoption of autonomous technologies.
