Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Analytics Application Developer to enable better, smarter, safer healthcare through HIS analytics data solutions. You will join an agile team delivering enterprise-scale analytics software and reporting for HIS products across the US and globally.

The role emphasizes SQL, Python, AWS data services, and BI dashboards that translate data into actionable insights for healthcare professionals. Remote work with up to 5% travel domestically is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or related field AND Three (3) years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and how they integrate with BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong internship or co‑op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, with the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python).

Responsibilities

• Leading healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients, collaborating within an agile team of engineers and developers
• Implementing enterprise scale application, and reporting solutions.
• Determining the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
• Supporting Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and the globe. Working closely with other teams to deliver our data driven products.
