Qualifications

• Bachelor or applicable certifications with 5+ years in healthcare analytics, coding, denials management, or payor claims design.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, HCPCS/CPT and reimbursement methodologies.
• Proficient in Excel, databases, and analytical software.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain proprietary population health methodologies (CRGs, Patient Focused Episodes, PPRH).
• Validate and test healthcare data to assess methodology behavior and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Development to translate clinical concepts into executable specifications.
