Job summary

Solventum, a healthcare technology company, seeks a remote Clinical Analyst to design and maintain healthcare payment and quality outcome systems. You will validate data, develop methodologies like CRGs and PPRH, and translate clinical concepts into executable logic for software components.

You will work with Product Owners and the Research team, ensuring documentation quality and adherence to reimbursement workflows across ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or certifications and 5+ years in healthcare analytics, coding, or payor operations.
• Experience with ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT, HCPCS and reimbursement concepts.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts into executable specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clinical analysis methodologies (CRGs, POPs, PPRH).
• Validate healthcare data and identify anomalies for improvements.
• Collaborate with Research, Product Owners, and Development teams.
• Translate clinical concepts into documentation using ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
• Develop software components by integrating product concepts with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain process documentation using C&ER standards.
