Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support VA Ambient Scribe roll-out. The role orchestrates IMS, enterprise readiness and sustainment, interfacing with clinical teams, vendors and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable guidance.

Remote work within the United States is supported, with a focus on cross-system interoperability and real-time issue escalation. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating testing, and ensuring alignment with clinical workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience)
• Healthcare experience
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turn findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership
• Make sure issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
