Job summary

GovCIO in the United States is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as Ambient Scribe rolls out. You will coordinate across clinical teams, vendors, and VA leadership to translate field learnings into actionable recommendations and ensure seamless interface testing between VistA and Ambient Scribe solutions.

This remote role requires strong project leadership, healthcare domain experience, and the ability to manage complex schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's with 8+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Healthcare Experience
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts and building repeatable processes
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders
• Strong communication, facilitation and writing skills

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Manages the direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turn findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership
• Make sure issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
