Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Clinical AI Integration Lead to support the VA as it rolls out Ambient Scribe. This remote role collaborates with clinical teams, technical vendors, and VA leadership to turn field learnings into actionable recommendations, overseeing Integrated Master Schedule, enterprise readiness, and sustainment.

It also supports interface testing between VistA and Ambient Scribe solutions and real-time troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience leading testing or evaluation efforts.
• Experience coordinating across vendors, technical teams and program stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Turn findings into clear summaries and recommendations for leadership
• Make sure issues are documented, prioritized, and sent to the right people
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
